Hobbs and Hounds consists of just the two of us, Dom and Kath.

Kath says “I grew up on a farm and so have been around animals all my life. After many years working for the County Council we decided to throw caution to the wind, leave the rat race and try to survive doing something that we love. I have always had an interest in dog psychology and been completely potty about dogs and Dom is not far behind me and so Hobbs & Hounds was born”.

We like to keep things small and have no intention of expanding so we get to know the dogs we walk very well as they do us and each other. We think this is nice for us, the dogs and for the owners too as they know exactly who their dog is with. Also by boarding the dogs that we walk we think it is less stressful for them as they already know us, our house and our dogs.

• We are members of the National Association of Registered Pet Sitters (NARP)
• We carry £2,000,000.00 public liability insurance
• We have been police and house checked
• We have access to a 24hr emergency vet
